Someone once reminded me of that often-quoted verse, “You are fearfully and wonderfully made.”
My somewhat jokingly reply was, “He fearfully and wonderfully made me a size 6. Or an 8.”
That was not my current size, nor is it now. All the factors and reasons why aren’t worth mentioning, other than I have been very critical about my appearance for a long time.
If you had told me earlier this year where I could buy the ephedra we had from 2002…that is sort of banned now…😳 I would have considered buying it.
I don’t want to be grande or venti.
I came across this article while scrolling through Pinterest (because you know our phones have us mapped down to our DNA at this point).
Obviously, Pinterest knows to recommend Bible verses, beach themes, Stranger Things and Hawaii Five-O references, essential oils, and… weight loss links.
I really enjoyed the lighthearted, but sensible and honest opinions expressed here.
It confirms and addresses common statements and questions among those who do believe our body is a temple and should be honoring to God.
Also, don’t be a jerk to yourself, or to others. ☺️❤️
I am forcing myself to accept all of these photos, but also know healthy is an okay goal to want to achieve. 😉
